Be a part of the world's longest, most inclusive relay
The Queen's Baton Relay is one of the great traditions of the Games. It symbolises the gathering of people from across the Commonwealth in the name of diversity, shared history and personal acheivement.

The Melbourne 2006 Queen's Baton Relay began its journey from London to Melbourne on 14 March 2005. In a Commonwealth Games first, it will visit all of the 71 nations as part of a 180,000 kilometre round trip.

There are a number of ways you can be a part of the Queen's Baton Relay.

Here are just a few:Once the baton finally arrives in Victoria, it pass through every municipality. Each community will celebrate the Baton in a variety of ways.
