CG Reps

Karak with Primary School Children
You and your students can become CG Reps and help involve your school in Games activities.
One of the key intiatives for the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games is to involve communities in celebrating this major event. As we move closer to the Games, many schools are planning ways to become involved, or enagaging with school based activities to share in the excitement.

CG Reps are school based project teams that will drive and coordinate Games activities, giving your students a say in how they want to get involved in the Games.

To find out how the CGReps program works click on the first Gamezine below which provides an overview of the program as well as activities students can get involved in now.

Gamezines will be issued every term between now and the Games with a final gamezine after the Games.

If you register your school for the program we will send you a pdf for providing certificates to students who participate in the program. Certificates will be emailed to you after the Games. You can register online by clicking on the school registration option to the left of screen.

If you have any queries please email us by clicking on the above contact us box.

A few examples include:

  • VET/ VCAL courses

  • students undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme

  • students involved in Advance

  • school and house captains and leaders

    We also want YOUR contributions from your school to future GameZINES:

  • Snapshots or stories about what you are doing in your school;
